SMED is an excellent way of producing high quality tooling for a substantially reduced price. By making standard mould components common throughout our tooling range we have been able to reduce tooling costs by 50% and delivery times by 50%. This is a fully modular system and can be easily expanded upon should the volumes of your parts increase. Provided that your component fits within the design envelope then prices start at £1,250 depending on component complexity, component material and the tool longevity that would be required.
