Plastic Injection Moulding in South West London

Based in Sunbury-on-Thames, S.B.Weston has been designing and manufacturing plastic injection moulded parts from the same corner of South West London since 1948. We're a family-run business now in our third generation, and our factory sits within easy reach of Richmond, Kingston, Twickenham, Teddington and the wider South West London area.

If you're sourcing an injection moulding partner for a South West London business, working with a manufacturer that's actually local means:

  • Face-to-face visits, not just video calls. If you're in Richmond, Kingston or anywhere across South West London, you can be at our factory in under half an hour. Come and see your parts being made, meet the team, and check quality in person.

  • No import lead times on production runs. Your parts are moulded here in Sunbury, not shipped in from overseas. When you need a fast turnaround on an existing tool, that matters.

  • Decades of relationships, not a call centre. We've made parts for The Macallan, Brompton Bikes, Burt's Bees, The Royal British Legion (Poppy Factory) and ABB, among many others — see our work.

Areas we serve.

We regularly work with businesses across South West London and the surrounding area, including Richmond upon Thames, Kingston upon Thames, Twickenham, Teddington, Hampton, Surbiton, Esher, Walton-on-Thames, Weybridge, Molesey, Chiswick, Ealing, Hounslow, Staines-upon-Thames, Feltham, and Shepperton — as well as clients further afield across the UK.

What we offer.

Frequently asked questions.

Are you actually based in South West London, or just "serving" it from elsewhere?
We're genuinely local — our factory has been in Sunbury-on-Thames since 2002. Before that we were on Platts Eyot, Sunbury and before that we were in Teddington. You're welcome to visit our factory on Harris Way Sunbury-on-Thames.

How long does mould tooling take?
Around 90 days from approved CAD file to first test mouldings, plus roughly 2 weeks shipping, for tools produced with our long-standing toolmaking partner.

What's the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the part and material, but we work with both low-volume prototype runs and high-volume production. Get in touch with your spec and we'll advise.

What materials do you work with?
Polypropylene, Polyethylene, ABS, Acetal and others — if you're not sure what's right for your part, we can advise.

Can I visit the factory?
Yes — if you're anywhere in South West London or nearby, we're always happy to have you come and see the factory in person rather than just working over email.
