CAD Drawing
We use SolidWorks CAD software to visualise your idea on screen. We will work with you to evolve and improve your product idea aesthetically and functionally creating and developing 3D models and detailed dimensioned drawings along the way.
Prototyping
We can supply 3D printed prototypes in various materials. Prototyping allows us to realise design aspects which can not be fully appreciated through CAD models. They provide a valuable insight into how the final product will perform.
Mould Tooling
We can supply quality, precision engineered plastic injection mould tools. Whether a low cost, low run prototype mould or a high volume tool requiring robotic handling, we have the design and build experience required.
Injection Moulding
If you have a mould and are looking for a manufacturing service then allow us to assist. We have a maximum machine capacity of 380 tonnes and suite of new injection moulding machines allowing us to turnaround orders quickly.
Finishing & Packing
We can take care of any finishing / packing that your job reqiures. This can be massively cost effective with mouldings being packed and palletised at the time of production, ready for dispatch to your customers.
